Gary Babcock, President & CEO, is an MBA graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has over fifteen years experience in the microcomputer software industry. Most of Mr. Babcock's experience has been with startup operations where he has been involved in managing all aspects of a software company including business planning, product design, product development, product management, marketing, sales, technical support and financial management.

Mr. Babcock was one of the original founders of SoftKey Inc. and played a key part in it's original success, helping the company go public three years after its inception in 1983. After leaving SoftKey in 1989, Mr. Babcock joined, and eventually became General Manager of SuperTime Inc., which developed one of the world's first microcomputer groupware products. During his tenure, Mr. Babcock was responsible for securing major international distribution contracts in the Asia Pacific region, including Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.

Immediately prior to becoming HTN Inc.'s President and CEO, Mr. Babcock was Industry Relations Manager of Attachmate Canada, a worldwide software development company that specializes in PC to mainframe connectivity applications. During his tenure at Attachmate, Mr. Babcock was responsible for third party contract negotiations, where he negotiated a major development contract with Microsoft Corporation at its Redmond, Washington, headquarters.

Paul Salsbury, LL.B., P.Eng. is serving as the Chief Programmer - IT Architect and is in charge of all research and development for the company. Mr. Salsbury designed, programmed and developed both the network and earlier disk-billing versions of HTN II for Windows (now called HERO™), and has been associated with the HTN products since 1992.

Mr. Salsbury has extensive experience in the supervision and delivery of large projects and has worked on a number of Windows based products for the marketplace. He has, among his other credits, the design of the award winning NewViews accounting software (as chosen by PC Magazine).

Paul Wicks, Network Administrator - Technical Support Manager, has been providing technical support to end-users, dealers and distributors in the microcomputer hardware/software business for over 20 years. Mr. Wicks brings to HTN Inc. extensive experience in supporting software, hardware, online and local area networks, modems, tape backup systems, and a myriad of peripheral products with several high profile companies including NEC, ComputerLand's TeleCare division (Kraft Foods, Consumers Gas), Everex, Silcom Manufacturing, Tallgrass Technologies and Image Computers.
